[APML] A smoothed IC4604

Thanks to the explanation by Jim Janusz of Axel's bgsmooth grain reduction
utility, I ran my IC4604 image I posted earlier through Axel's program.  I
used a Radius of 5 and a Max of 20.  I am very impressed.  The image has
been smoothed out along with bringing out much more of the really faint
nebulosity that is found in the background.

Axel, you're a god!! ;-)
