[APML]: Eyepiece or barlow projection?

Hello everyone

I'm thinking about buying a t-ring for my Minolta SRT101 and maybe an
adapter for eyepiece projection and I have a few questions. So far I've been
using my 2x barlow lens to take photos through negative projection
(telescope+barlow+camera body) but I have had to hold the camera by hand
infront of the focuser in lack of an adapter. It works pretty good unless
you want higher magnification and increased exposure time because you can't
hold the camera precisely still for many hundreds of a second.

My questions are:

What do you people like most, eyepiece or barlow projection, and are there
any advantages or disadvantages worth knowing of?

How does the focal length of the eyepiece in eyepiece projection affect the
magnification of the setup with a certain eyepiece-film plane distance?

I have noticed that the magnification with increased lens-film plane
distance increases faster with barlow than eyepiece projection. If I want as
short distance as possible, which way is best to go?

Which method gives the highest magnification?

Thanks in advance
