Hi Mo,
The 3" Celestron is a good starter scope. Thank goodness you didn't buy a
cheap, department store scope. Indeed you may be the only woman here. I have
not seen any others. No PV questions here except Why does my home-made
computer's heat sink fan make a noise like as if it is hitting a cable
whenever I start my computer in the morning? I think it is going too fast.
It even makes the noise when I take the heatsink off the processor (and the
processor I take out also) and switch on the computer.

Hiya Mike--Thank you SO much for the archive address. I was able to get to
NightSky's web page (Gary?) but couldn't find the link for the archives.
Your info is most welcome.

BTW, folks I am a pc buff so any techie questions about that, fire away :) I
do pc consulting on the side :)

Mo :)

Hi Mo.

Welcome to the list. Something you might want to check out is the list
archives at http://www.system.missouri.edu/ics/staff/andy/APML/.

There's a wealth of info here and a pretty good search engine. Between the
list and the archive I think you'll find all the info you could ever need on
astrophotography.

Hi All,

My name is Mo and I am new to the list. I have been on a week or so, and it
seems I may be the only woman here...lol. I have been on other mailing
lists, and proper netiquette says to introduce yourself before you start to
speak...I mean um....post...so here goes.
