Robin,  it looks pretty good except the sky background is too dark. Looking
at the histogram for the image you can see you have clipped off much of the
shadow detail.  When you scan it again, open it in photoshop and look at
the histogram and make sure you have a full range of tones that is not cut
off at either end.
