Is there any chance that "mirror lockup" could cause picture failure.
I just shot a roll of film with my newly acquired OM-1. It was a clear night
so I
decided to test shoot some stars and constellations. When I got my film
back,
all of my shots looked great, except for the ones that I locked the mirror
up on.
(which happen to be most of them!!) I found that very odd, because the
pictures
I didn't use lockup on were fine. Does that make any sense? I know I didn't
do
anything else different.
