[APML] M8 and M20 Region through the FSQ-106N
To all,
Here's the last one tonight. It is an image of M8 and M20 taken
through the Takahashi FSQ-106N. It's a single 75 minute exposure.
I probably could have gone 100 minutes, but I ran out of time. I
flat-fielded the image in PixInsight with minor tweaks in Photoshop.
I'm beginning to wonder if I'm getting my backgrounds too dark.
This area is generally well lit with background stars of the Milky
Way. In addition, I'm wondering if the "starry" areas should be
more golden since they are old stars. Any suggestions or comments
would be greatly appreciated.
