This is just another of the many areas I'm NOT an expert in, and
personally, I haven't ever had the problem you describe. Something must
be out of alignment, or loose. The folks at MAPUG would have good
suggestions for you I'm sure. You possibly might be able to find the
answer in the archives. Sorry I can't be more help.
