I believe the knife-edge focusers that Hutech sells (Mitsuboshi) have a
c-mount thread and use c-to-camera bayonet adapters which are available
from camera stores.  So you don't have to buy the second part from Hutech.

If you are calibrating the KEF for a digital camera, you should use the
nominal spacing spec'd by the manufacturer.  I'm sure Hutech (Ted
Ishikawa) would tell you what the figure should be for Canon cameras which
he sells.  For Nikon, it should be the same as the nominal number for
Nikon film cameras.
