Hi All,
I started from scratch on this redo of my previous
post. I took the comments/suggestions I received for a lighter, and more
subtle image. I shot for a BG in the 30s rather than the teens as in the
previous version. I used no SMI or PIP, only a minimum filter and unsharp
mask. I also examined the histograms after every step to ensure I wasn't
clipping the bottom end. In PixInsight I did histograms, curves, mild
wavelets, and a mild SGBNR on each image, then went into PS to combine them and
perform the final tweaks. As usual, any comments or suggestion are
