[APML] IC5146 uploaded; suggestions?

Hey all,

At first glance I don't think this is too bad;

However, there are bloated stars all over and I welcome any suggestions
on best way to get rid of them. 

The info with the shot is current. Not noted there but, I again used
the 'smart sharpen' function in CS2 on this.
