Take a look here for a pretty decent QuickCam guiding program:

I used to use it before I got My ST-5C. Worked pretty good, but I think you
will be disappointed at how bright a guide star you will need to get good
integration times with a QuickCam.
If you come up with another solution but need an opto-isolated interface,
take a look at the one I built for my old Scope Drive setup:

Right now it is more theoretical. I have a couple of B&W QuickCam's and
have taken the cheap approach of hot-gluing a film canister to one as a
nosepiece. I'm going to try imaging with it this week, but I'm trying
to find info on what I need to cable to the autoguider port. This
doesn't seem to be a very popular approach anymore, so it's a little
harder to find the info.
