Just beautiful! - the framing, the wide field richness that only medium
format can deliver, and the uniform sharpness.
Also, it just goes to show what I've been saying about the Synta EQ6
mount - ideal for this type of medium focal length, heavy payload work.
The money you saved over a Losmandy G11 probably covered the cost of the
Pentax 6x7 camera, the TMB field flattener, and the Epson 4870 scanner!
Have you found any issues with the Epson 4870 scanner? I have been able
to test its successor (the 4990) here at work and I am really impressed
with its MF scans. So I am about to get one for myself soon, but I'd
appreciate any views you may have.
