Re: [APML] Possible aurora for those in northern latitudes

Hi George !

I didn't saw nothing , too much clouds during the weekend !

Your alert can be renewed because I sent an alert on my list here http://cf.groups.yahoo.com/group/alerteauxaurores/ ( in french that I passed under a translator for APML buddy :) here's the alert that I sent :

" Hello to all!

Probably that there will be an aurora shortly due to a solar eruption of
class M 8 that  occured July 20 @ 12:30 UT
http://www.sec.noaa.gov/rt_plots/xray_5m.html

Following this eruption, a mass ejected (to see this video of 229ko, the,
Sun is the small white circle in this video)
http://science.nasa.gov/spaceweather/images2004/20jul04/cme_c3_big.gif and this
mass of plasma could reach the Earth from Friday on... to see the
prediction of impact here http://www.spacew.com/cme/index.html

Therefore if there is impact, I will send an alert, probably to the surroundings of
Friday :)
