[APML] Tech pan speed and developing

Hi all,

I want to take pictures using tech pan except for
cityscape and some nighttime city shots.
I want to use it at 100 speed.
About how long do i develope the film for in D19?
Out of curiosity, if I were to use it at 25 spd, how
long would I have to develope also.
