[APML] SFX-200 film preflashed

I have run a few tests on SFX-200 using a preflash technique to
hopefully sensitize the film.
A few mistakes were made and one or two incorrect assumptions as well. I
will run one more set of tests when/if the skies are clear again before
I write the film off.
