Hi !
 
When I'm able , I try to include the Moon in my pictures and it's always a suprise when I see my pictures ... sometimes the result is good and sometime not , because of the lens flare , try to place the Moon very near the edge of the frame , you'll avoid these flares.

I'm glad Dom mentioned the Moon. I got some interesting Hale-Bopp shots
with an almost full Moon behind me. 30-40 second shots with 800 speed
film illuminated the landscape like daylight, but showed the comet and
many stars nicely. Looked like a composite but it wasn't.

Don't forget too, time exposure shots of people moving around with
their red lights makes for some cool shots.
