Brian:
Black & White or Color??

Black & White is easy.
1. Developer, several possibilities, Kodak Dektol (powder), Ilford (liquid)
2. Stop Bath, basically a weak acetic acid, you could buy Glacial Acetic acid and dilute or Kodak Indicator Stop Bath
3. Fixer, I use Kodak Rapid Fix
4. Hypo (Fixer) Eliminator, this helps remove fixer from the paper and reduces wash time.
Kodak Hypo Reducing Agent, others available

Color:
That's another story.
