Until those guys get used to astroimages, you usually have to let them
know what to expect. Simply tell them to print those frames no matter
what. A lot of arm twisting usually is involved. Once they do learn to
print them, then you will probably have to work with them on any
adjustments to the printing process to get them to look good.
