This section makes the point that under nuisance law, you are permitted
to do whatever you want on your own property so long as it does not
disrupt your neighbors' enjoyment of their property. Specifically, you
are free to quietly do astrophotography in your own backyard even if the
neighbors find it strange and disturbing for you to be outside at 2 AM.
Drunken and boisterous astrophotography is another matter. The
accompanying photo shows a beer bottle whizzing between Alkaid and
Mizar/Alcor.
