You can find most of the help you need (albeit a little vague) at Ed
Hamrick's site- http://www.hamrick.com/vuescan/html/vuesc.htm Doing a raw
scan allows you to do only one scan of the slide, period. Then you can
archive it. From there, you can scan the raw from disk with the Vuescan
software and experiment using different settings in the software. Like
Jerry stated, you won't like the raw scan looking at it on your monitor, it
will be very dark as it is composed of just the raw RGB data. You have to
re-scan the raw file. Hope this helps.
