Re: [APML]New images with my Borg

Daniel, the color shot of M31 is stunning.  What type of color problems are you haveing, I know the fuji HQ100 was best hypered about 12 to 16 hours in my hyper tank to get good color response.

Subject: [APML]New images with my Borg

Hey everybody.  I've posted a couple of my latest images from the weekend.

This shot was just a test to see how well the film will do on M31.  I plan to reshoot it in Sept.

This image has been kicking my butt all night.  For some reason my scanner is doing terrible color scans right now so I had to rescan in B&W and process the shots.  I can't seem to get a good color image out of this one.  I tried to use the B&W shot as a luminance but I'm having problems with color balance and saturation that I haven't been able to fix.  I'm still very happy with the shot so I'll see what happens.

Again this shot had to be scanned as grayscale then adjusted.  The color will probably need to be redone as I don't really like the star images very much.

These will all need more work but comments and advice is welcome.

Daniel
