For a student, they probably won't be able to pay much. But if it's for
commercial purposes, then you should get something, like maybe $75
minimum. Ask them how much they are paying to get the brochure printed.
If it's just a school project, I'd probably let them use it for free just
because they were nice enough to ask for permission to use it and not just
rip it off without even asking.
NEVER give away your copyright rights unless someone is going to pay you
extremely huge amounts of money, and even then, think twice about it.
And, get them to very accurately define what a "work experience" is. They
may be designing a commercial brochure for free for someone who intends to
use it commercially. Those people should definitely pay to license the
right to reproduce the image, if they are a commercial enterprise.
