 Cool shot... I was once offered $300.00 for an original neg to be used as a 
Magazine cover background but forefiting all rights thereafter... I declined. 
Given the seemingly limited exposure the brochure would generate, take some bux 
for it but keep the pic as yours. $150.00 would buy a good bit of film and 
developing... ehh? If the user is indeed a student, there probably isn't much 
of a budget to start with. Make certain the user is on the level... then let 
your conscience be your guide.
