RE: [APML] Beginner scanner images



Hello Steve,
The scan is clipped in the shadows.  Does the scanner offer any
histogram adjustments in the software?  Is there an analog gain
adjustment?  I can't believe the negatives are too dark for the scanner.
I see in your original post that you mention E200 and RG200.  Is this
E200 or RG200?  See if you can change the exposure on the scanner at
all.  I am not familiar with this scanner or software.  For best
enhancement, I think you are going to have to get the data off of the
negative in the shadows.
