Boy... that place has changed!
Chef??? We used to have a cowboy cook before ... he ran off with an organic
vegetarian chick one day and then there was no-one... it used to be a place
where you pretty much hauled your own grub and went for horse and mule rides
during the day... the atmosphere has always been there... now it sounds like a
more comfortable place, albeit probably a bit more expensive.
It is a great getaway and every now and then throws
some amazing cellestial images at you ... I have never seen the Milky Way rise
out of the ground the way it does there in the early Spring... it becomes this
huge monster stretching across the eastern horizon... absolutely spell
binding.
