Re: [APML] Astrophoto results from desert southwest

Hello Tony,
Thanks for the nice comments. I have only been to Sunglow this past May,
but from what I hear, it has changed dramatically. I think I heard the
figure of $1 million in improvements. It is a very special place. The
dining room is lovely with an accomplished chef preparing breakfast and
dinner. The meals were outstanding. The biggest decision one has to make
is how much wine to drink before you go out to image/observe. I am hoping
to get back there very soon. If you have your own equipment and want
fabulous food with great accomodations while getting away from it
all-Sunglow is the place.
Jeff

Jeff,

Must feel really good to go to all that effort and come back with such
a nice collection of images... I have to agree with you about E 200 being
better than the Provia 400 F ... I have used both from here and the E 200
won hands down... much better color response.

So how was the Sunglow experience? I hear they have changed things
around quite a bit... no more stables, no more kitchens in the rooms, no
more dining room about to cave in on you ... wonder if we would recognize
the place! : - )

     Great work!

          Tony
