[APML] Polar alignment and SCT's

Hi,
I have an 8" meade SCT. I've been doing some piggyback work and I think I'm 
going to try and take some prime focus shots. So, after polar alignment, 
will attaching my OAG and F2 cause enough flexure in the LX200 mount to 
throw my alignment off again? I ask because I've noticed that the mount 
isn't the most stable thing and the F2's weigh a ton. Also, has anyone 
successfully made a mirror lock for their SCT to avoid mirror flop?
