Hi Chris, thank you very much! I combine the pictures using "lighten", it
works quite well and if you don't like the result instead of confirm you can
increase or decrease using curves on the defocused image or just reducing he
weight on the "apply" window until you get a result that you like. I will
write an article on this technique on my site soon...
