Re: [APML] Care of Negatives

-snip-

Most well stock camera stores in the USA and Canada will sell a
product called "Print File Archival Preservers". They are made (or at
least the company is based) in Orlando, FL. They are the size of a sheet
of paper, come pre-punched for a three ring binder, and fit in those
binders perfectly. On the top is a white strip for writting titles/notes,
and the rest is two sided, archival quality clear plastic, sized to hold
your negatives.
They come sized to hold 35mm, 120, 4x5, 5x7, and even 8x10 if you
want (one sheet per page at the later, 35 negatives per page in the 35mm size).
I use them in binders - plain old three ring binders,t hat I stand
up on a shelf, so thee is no pressure on yoru negatives. Very easy to
store, and very easy to retrive afterwards.
good luck
joe
