Re: [APML] Scanning from negative. False delusion?
Adjusting the color balance, in the software, before the actual scan is
done, can make a lot of difference. I've had the same experience. I my case
the guy did it with a Nikon Cool scan and I wound up going with a Polaroid
scanner when I bought. With the Polaroid software there are several
adjustments according to film type and balance that change the appearance of
the actual scan
