Kent: if this was a consumer situation, you'd actually pay for the service. 
You don't.

Let it die. With all the feces Herb takes running the darn thing, this is 
an unfair attack. I understand that you are upset that he wasn't in a 
sunshine-up-the-butt mood, but when people whine and ask -"So, what have 
you done for me lately?" - it gets old fast.
