         As long as Herb owns it, he can do what he likes with it.  He can 
sell Victoria's Secret if he wants to  (You know, for something to do 
during all those cloudy nights :).
         If he wants to be the next Ebay, so be it.  Heck,   probally more 
money in Ebay than telescopes.
