Assuming that your O-ring isn't leaking the next step would be resealing all
of the threaded connections with something like Permatex Ultra Copper high
temp RTV silicone gasket maker.
I sealed all threaded parts on my Lumicon 1200 tank with this and it will go
to 5 microns vacuum and hold 15 psi indefinitely.
