RE: [APML] Vignette Correction Software - Found!

Title: Message
Jeff, thats easy, since the new site has the darkest skies possible and 7000 feet of transparency, I would like to shoot some of the really dim and interesting faint nebula mostly with the 8 inch  of the type Loke has been presenting us with.  For example,  his latest nebula south of delta scorpi on tri color is the pinacle of schmidt shooting, and i hope to use his tecniques to shoot many other types of objects.

Chris,
It is amazing what you can do with the contrast and detail once the vignetting is corrected.  Very nice work.  I am glad you found an answer to the 5" vignetting.  Looking forward to more 5" work.  BTW, how do you decide whether to shoot with the 5" or the 8" Schmidt?

I would like to thank all of those out there that made the numerous suggestions for correcting vignetts in my schmidt camera images.  The most versitile and recomended was Picture Window Pro, and I found its superior ability to correct my images was so superior to fumbling around in Photoshop with gradients, I was in awe!  Thanks to all of you, now i know why I am so fond of belonging to this group.  Ive posted my before and after images here:

for your viewing.  Again, I am indebted to all of  you for your help!
