[APML]: OAG & Illuminated Reticule Causing Reflection

Hi There Again,
When doing Prime Focus imaging with my 10" LX50, I get a large rectangular
reflection across the centre of each print, with a reflection of the double
illuminated reticule lines, above that near the top edge of the print at
centre.

I am using a Meade Off-Axis Guider together with a 12.5mm Orion Plossl guiding
eyepiece with double illuminated reticule.

How can I get rid of this reflection ? I didn't expect this, I thought these
items of equipment were specifically designed for astrophotography. To produce
such a large effect on each print is disgusting. These manufacturers have alot
to answer to.

Anyway, any help would be greatly appreciated, as my results would have been
rather good without this reflection.
