[APML]: Archive outage

The archives will experience some periods of outage this weekend as I
convert them to another format and implement a revised search engine. 

So, if you get errors about file not found or have some other problem
accessing the archives this weekend... I warned you.  :-)

I will post a message to the list when the conversion is complete.  My
apologies for any inconvenience this causes... but I think you will like
the new archives even better than the old.
