I am actually doing this for a wide-field astrophotography book for
Willmann-Bell that will be coming out in the somewhat nebulous future.  I
have sent them the text and am now gathering illustrations for it.  I
deliberately left film testing until the bitter end so I would have a
sporting chance of being halfway current when it comes out in print.
