   All you have to do is go to your local camera store and purchase a 49 to 
48 mm reducing ring.  Make sure you get the right threads on the correct 
sides.  One caveat, the pitch of some filters does not exactly match the 
pitch of camera filters.  For some strange reason, our LPR filter does not 
thread in well, but our Lumicon UHC filter does.  Given that you want to use 
a Lumicon filter, you should be all right.  In either case, the adapter 
works, but I have to use a little faith that the poorly mated LPR filter will 
stay on because it is only attached by the barest number of threads.
