RE: [APML]: EQ Mount recommendations




I can highly recommend the CG-11 as an excellent astro-photograpy
platform. I have had excellent results using mine. If you do not want to
upgrade the scope, you can purchase a G-11 mount seperately from many
sources. Keep in mind that since you currently have a fork mount, that
you will also need the hardware to mount your 8 inch. Also, if your
loads on the mount do not exceed 30 lbs. you can use the much cheaper,
but still reliable GM-8 mount.
