Chuck,

I can provide you with a negative I use in my Min-Lab to balance the
paper printer to various manufacturers/speeds (MS).  The negative
includes a grey bulseye, a grey step of 14 segments and a color step of
12 segments.  I use only the bulseye and a densitometer to balance the
printer.  

I have used ones for Kodak Gold, most speeds and Fuji, most speeds.
