[APML]: OT: e-mail problems

Sorry to bounce this off you guys, but I have more faith in one of you
giving me good advice than the microsoft help newsgroup I posted a message
to. I can't delete my e-mail messages, and with astromart, MAPUG, and APML;
150 messages a day is piling up my inbox.
I get the error message"Cannot delete this message. An error has occured"
when I hit the delete message. I thought it might have been memory shortage
because I was having photoshop problems while trying to process images. An
32 meg ram increase solved my photoshop problems, but did nothing for the
e-mail. I am using microsoft internet mail. 

What gives, guys?
