Geez that's deep Chris!
5 x 8 minutes - I hope you used an auto-guider! So many stars... and
the dark nebula really stand out. This must be one of the deepest images on
colour film I have seen, taken with a Schmidt. I don't think it's as deep as
a tech pan/W92 shot though. http://www.astrofoto.ca/john/ic1396.htm Have you
ever considered shooting TP for the luminance or red layers?

Once again I brought my computer to its knees to stack unimaginably huge
files to one unified image. This is my first five neg stack with the
schmidt, and I think it came out pretty well. Once again a non standard
