I was able to buy a 150 foot roll as well as bags of D-19 from
Treck-Hall in Montreal back in October. They have offices across Canada.
They can be found at http://www.treckhall.com . 
Usual disclaimer in that I have no affilliation other than being a
satisfied customer.
Needless to say the weather has been 99% cloud other than the few nights
when it was also my turn for evening/night duty with a newborn son or
had to teach clients the next day and had to prep for class.
