You can get Comet for Windows at the following address:

I doubt it will be as good as Comet Hyakutake since Comet 73P has a
5.36 year period (i.e. it's probably a pretty tiny comet).  In
addition, it only gets .9803 AU from the Sun.  However, it still
should be a great show if all goes well.
