Hi
Picture Window has a very easy to use anaglyph creator with sliders to change the offset for greatest effect.
I used it to create an anaglyph of the Moon during the recent total eclipse using images taken at the same time from 5,000mi
apart. Pretty good 3D effect. You can see it at the bottom of this page
