RE: [APML] Polar Rotation Sequence - The Movie



Philippe, the movement is from the scans, I tried something different this
time, rather than suffer through hand scanning each and every neg on my
crappy nikon scanner, and have to try to hand align 24 frames,  I let
Walmart do the scans for $3.  They were so close to being aligned compared
to the slop I get out of my neg holder that I went ahead with the GIF and
accepted the tiny movements.  Next time, Ill try some alignment with Maxim
DL and see if it gets any better.

I realy like that aurora cam! Just curious ... what induces the small
movements of the camera between exposures? Can it be the
movement of the winder motor? Next time, can you post a longer one so I can
finish my pop-corn! ;-)

the north to eastern sky, of the sky rotating, and near the end, the nearly
full moon rises behind the trees making the sky bright blue:
