Just in case yous want to see the nation and province
wide temps, goto this hourly animation:

Note California vs east coast and Canadian provinces
The temp system goes all the way down to -30 degrees
marked as the grey colour code, but it doesnt explain
the mass of black that dips down pretty far.
Use your imagination eh'!
