[APML] an unknown nebula

Hi!

I found a "nebula" on my picture and I never saw it before.
I wonder if anybody in APML had seen this on your picture.

Below the midle of the frame, there is a faint, red nebula.
It's quite long and north-south elongated.

When I took this pictures, there were cars passing by and 
I didnot use a lens hood.  On the unprocessed picture, 
there is faint scattered light all over the frame.  I don't
think this nebula is caused by the scattered light but would
like to confirm that there is a nebula.

Any suggestion is appreciated.
