The reason fo rthe roll is so you can print bigger than 19" (I've actually
printedd up to 42" long)

Here's one I can't understand. The Epson 1280 series printers use 13 x 19"
paper for their larger sizes. The 20 pack (premium glossy ghoto paper) for
these can be purchased at buy.com for $38. Epson also has a 32' roll of this
stuff; 13" wide. That's just a piece left over after 20-nineteen inch pieces
are cut. So it's the same quantity. I'd assume the reason one buys the roll
is because it is less expensive but buy.com and everybody else has the roll
for >$55. Que pasa?
I suppose if you have a printer that requires a roll feeder then Epson gets
to make an extra $20 off you every roll and they save themselves the trouble
of cutting it to boot.
