Thanks you all for the suggestions, but this could be the real reason. In
fact, I use a separate 18 Volt battery for the Gemini pointing system and a
separate 12 Volt for Kendrick and St-4. That night I regulated the two dew
removers at minimum, so it is possible that the switch of temperature
regulation of the Kendrick was continuously switching on and off, dropping
the voltage under the minimum required. Maybe...
